COSMOCYBERNETICS

Cosmocybernetics was formulated by Kaikhan Salakhov in 2015 as a study that seeks to develop an all-encompassing philosophical and technical approach to understanding the interactions of cosmic phenomena together with the diverse forms of consciousness, based on his vision in deep meditative state of mind. It is a science of basic principles that operate under information acquisition, storage, and management within complex control systems from the minutest particles, such as quarks, to the vastest structures, including galaxies, incorporating intricate interrelatedness between what is observed and the observer.

Cosmocybernetics examines how different levels and structures of consciousness impact cosmic information systems and play a part in the overall design of the universe. It studies how informational patterns, or morphogenic fields, guide cosmic creation and development, both in material and non-material worlds. Cosmocybernetics is based on cosmic data science.
